I purchased a soundcast but can't log in to my account

This is likely because you haven't created an account yet. In order to create an account follow these steps.

Step 1: Download the Soundwise app

Download it from the App Store or Google Play. When purchasing your soundcast, you should also have received a confirmation email with instructions there.

Step 2: Click the "Sign up" button

Don't try and sign in just yet. First tap the "Sign up" button to begin creating your account

Step 3: Create your account

When creating your account, you must use the same email you used to purchase the soundcast. Once you've completed entering your details, click "Sign up." Your new soundcast will be waiting for you in your library!
