Upon loading your Analytics page, you may be greeted by this error:
Issue
This will prevent you from seeing your listener analytics for your soundcasts.
Cause
This error is usually due to a browser add-on/extension blocking the data requests. It is usually an ad blocker, however other add-ons/extensions may cause this error
Solution
You will need to disable the ad blocker for the app.mysoundwise.com domain. The exact method for disabling this varies from product to product, however, each one will have a method for disabling specific domains. We recommend looking up your ad blocker's support doc for details.
Soundwise will never show you ads.
